Simply put, all of Shift’s telephone users connect via the Shift Secure VoiceLink between your office and Shift’s secure data centre. We have the tools that allow you to take complete control of your telephone, telephone system, and calling features. No more waiting on a technician to teach you how to program your phone, or make changes to your system – with Shift, it’s as simple as a mouse click or a telephone call to our client support centre.

Shift's Managed Business VoIP Solution

Residential and home office VoIP services route calls via the public Internet over a broadband connection, meaning that calls compete with other traffic and are vulnerable to network outages or bandwidth limits. Shift is different: we send your calls directly to the Shift data centre through a secure, dedicated connection (the Shift Secure VoiceLink), from where they are routed seamlessly to the public phone system. Your calls never travel over the public Internet and do not share bandwidth with data communications.
